Special Olympics (Pre-K - 1st)
Kid Spark has partnered with Special Olympics Washington to create a Storytime Inventing set of lessons featuring 12 activities that celebrate inclusion, perseverance, and innovation through sports-themed stories and hands-on design challenges. Students read about different sports and explore ways to help more people participate. Throughout the lessons, they use creativity and problem solving to invent their own solutions, discovering how empathy and engineering can work together to help everyone play, move, and thrive.
